These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://affordablemobilelocksmithca.com (the “Site”) and the locksmith services provided by Affordable Mobile Locksmith Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our”), a California-licensed locksmith company (BSIS Locksmith Company License #8773). By using the Site or requesting our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Mobile Service Only

We are a mobile service-area locksmith company. We do not operate a walk-in storefront. Services are performed at the customer’s location within our service area, which includes Corona, Riverside County, Orange County, and surrounding areas. Response times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, distance and demand.

2. Proof of Ownership or Authorization

For your protection and as required by California law, our locksmiths may ask for valid government-issued photo identification and proof that you own, rent or are authorized to access the property, vehicle or premises before performing any lockout, rekey or key-origination service. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Estimates, Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted before work begins and are based on the information you provide. If the job differs from what was described (for example, a different lock type, additional locks or a damaged mechanism), the technician will explain any change before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. A service-call or trip fee may apply if a technician is dispatched and the service is cancelled on arrival or cannot be performed for reasons outside our control.

4. Workmanship and Products

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the products we supply. If you experience a problem with work we performed, please contact us promptly so we can assess it. Manufacturer warranties, where available, apply to hardware we install. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, wear and tear, or work performed by others.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of business or lost profits. Some entry methods may unavoidably damage a lock or door that is already worn, damaged or of low quality; the technician will advise you of this risk before proceeding.

6. Website Use

The content on this Site is provided for general information about our services. We may change the Site, our services or these Terms at any time. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The Affordable Mobile Locksmith name and logo are our property and may not be used without permission.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Riverside County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
